How to use compound interest calculator?
Input values
- Lumpsum amount in dollars – Enter the amount you want to invest as a lumpsum.
- Annual Interest Rate – Enter the annual interest rate (in percentage).
- Enter Number of years you want to keep the lumpsum amount.
Results

- Investment amount – This is the lumpsum amount you have input.
- Interest rate – this is the annual interest rate you have input as percentage.
- No of years – This is the number of years you have input for investment.
- Maturity amount – the calculated maturity amount (assuming yearly compounding).
- Interest amount – this is the difference between the maturity amount and the investment amount.
